In 2014, she released her latest cookbook titled Carla’s Comfort Foods: Favorite Dishes From Around the World. She published the first of 2 cookbooks in 2013 called Cooking With Love: Comfort Food That Hugs You. Since Top Chef, Carla continues to cook from the heart with a mix of Southern cooking traditions and classic French training. She is also recognized from her appearances on the hit Bravo cooking competition series Top Chef where she cooked her way into the finals of season 5 and season 8.
